Rent Bakery Space in Tampa Bay

I decided this year to open up my bakery doors to a few people who are looking to grow their food business and need space to bake/increase production. Read further to learn more about my space and if it's the right fit for you.

 

About my bakery space: 

I leased out my very own bakery space about 2 years ago, it's in the heart of Seminole Heights and has everything that you need in order to get your baking business started. The goal is to lease out the space whenever we are not in full production so we can get the most out of this beautiful space. 

Equipment I have is a double stack electric oven, 3 compartment sink, outlets for mixer plug ins, and lots of potential for dry storage racks and or fridge/freezer space. 
We are not looking for anyone who would need a hood system for cooking, specifically looking for people who are baking/need space to expand their production. 

What days are available: 

Weekends are fully available (Friday-Sunday)

Weekdays would be only Thursday Evenings & Friday Afternoon-Evening.
